3. Plan — Identify the route and document sequence
Once the right routes are identified, we prepare a document plan and an application roadmap. This includes the order in which things need to happen and any dependencies that could delay the process if not addressed early.
4. Prepare — Organize and submit the agreed application
We support the preparation and review of the agreed application within the scope of service. Document gathering, form completion, supporting statements, and final review are handled here. This is the most detailed part of the work.
5. Progress — Respond to next steps and prepare for the outcome
After submission, the focus moves to responding to any requests from the authority, tracking the application status, and preparing for what happens once a decision is made — whether that is preparing for arrival, understanding the next stage, or planning a follow-up step.
