Application process
Employment permit applications are submitted online through the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment (DETE) Employment Permits Online System (EPOS). Both the employer and employee must complete their respective parts.

Key note
Critical Skills permit holders can apply for Stamp 4 after two years of employment on the permit.
