Sponsor-led routes
Skilled Worker and Health and Care Worker require an employer to hold a Sponsor Licence and issue a Certificate of Sponsorship. The worker cannot apply without this.
Non-sponsored routes
Global Talent (endorsement-based), High Potential Individual (degree-based), and Graduate (post-study) do not require a UK employer to sponsor the application.
Global Business Mobility
GBM routes cover temporary assignments for employees of overseas businesses. They do not lead to settlement and are distinct from the standard Skilled Worker route.
